    Point: mentai mayo sauce can also be made without using tobiko. The chili sauce also can be replaced with tomato sauce according to taste.

Ingredients

Potato

1 piece, cut into 6 parts

½ head, cut small

Boiled Egg

1 piece, cut small

Chili Sauce

2 tbsp

Tobiko

1 tbsp

KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL

3 tbsp

How to Make

  1. Boil each vegetable separately until cooked.
  2. Mentai mayo sauce: add chili sauce, tobiko and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, mix well.
  3. Prepare a plate, arrange vegetables and boiled eggs on a plate, serve with mentai mayo sauce.
