Regarding use of personal data given to us, Kewpie Indonesia will abide by the scope of purpose of use that we informed or announced in advance.

(1) Kewpie may subcontract out personal data handling service within the scope of purpose of use and based on your prior approval and consent. In such case, Kewpie Indonesia will fully examine the management capability of the subcontractor and ensure the security control of personal data by arranging and supervising the handling of personal data.

(2) Likewise, Kewpie Indonesia will also ensure the security control of personal data in shared use among Kewpie Indonesia group companies.

(3) Kewpie Indonesia will neither disclose nor transfer personal information to a third party other than the authorized subcontractor without consent of the individual. However, when the court, the police, or other governmental body requests disclosure of personal data, Kewpie Indonesia may disclose or transfer personal information without consent of the individual as long as allowed by the applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

(4) Subject to possible restrictions based on applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and notification to you (before and after the corporate actions set out herein), Kewpie Indonesia may disclose your personal data to potential or actual acquirers, successors or assigns as part of a restructuring, merger, sale, joint venture, transfer, or other assignment of all or any part of our business, assets or shares (including bankruptcy or similar legal proceedings).

(5) We may transfer your personal data to several countries around the world, outside of Indonesia. These countries may not have the same level of protection as the data protection laws of Indonesia. If this is the case, then we will obtain your approval before we transfer your personal data to party located in the country with lower level of personal data protection laws and regulations.

(1) Access. Kewpie Indonesia will provide access to your personal data, which includes the right to obtain confirmation from us whether personal data about you is being processed. If so, Kewpie Indonesia will provide access to your personal data and information related to how it is processed no later than 72 hours since your request to us on accessing your personal data.

(2) Update. If you want to update and/or correct any of your personal data collected by us, then you can request to us regarding the update and/or correction of your personal data. If so, Kewpie Indonesia will update and/or correct your personal data no later than 72 hours since your request to us on updating and/or correcting your personal data.

(3) Removal. If you have chosen to provide us with your personal data and you wish to delete the personal data that we have received, then you can request to delete your personal data to us. If so, Kewpie Indonesia will delete and destroy your personal data no later than 72 hours since your request to us on deleting and destroying your personal data.

(4) Termination. If you have approved for us to process your personal data and you wish to stop and terminate the processing of your the personal data, then you can request to us regarding the termination of your personal data processing. If so, Kewpie Indonesia will stop and terminate the processing of your personal data no later than 72 hours since your request to us on the termination of your personal data processing.

We do not knowingly collect, retain, or use personal data from children under the age of 18, and no part of our purpose of use is directed to children under the age of 18. If you become aware that your child has provided personal data to us without your consent, please notify us at the email address provided in “How to Contact Us” (see Section [12] of this Privacy Policy). If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 18, we will immediately take steps to delete that information.
