Japanese Cucumber

Smoked Beef

How to Make

  1. Boil macaroni in boiling water with cooking oil and salt until cooked, remove and drain.
  2. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, put in a pan with water and salt, boil potatoes until cooked, remove and drain.
  3. Thinly slice onion, soak in ice water, let stand for 15 minutes, strain.
  4. Thinly slice Japanese cucumber, sprinkle with salt, squeeze until wilted, wash clean, set aside.
  5. Peel carrots, cut in half, thinly slice smoked beef, place on a plate, wrap, prick with a fork, cook in the microwave for 2 minutes, remove.
  6. Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, salt and pepper, stir again until it’s mixed well, serve.
