Thinly slice the cabbage, put it in a bowl, add the chopped boiled eggs and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, stir until well blended.

Heat the oil, cook sausage until cooked, remove from the heat, set aside.

Spread the bread with KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, arrange sausage on top of it, add coleslaw, sprinkle ½ of the mozzarella cheese, cover with the another bread.

Bake the sandwich on top of sandwich mold until cooked on both sdes, remove from the heat. Serve.
