Christmas Tree Broccoli Potato Salad

How to Make
- (Potato salad) wash potatoes, wrap while wet in a kitchen towel, then re-wrap with plastic wrap. Heat in microwave (800 W) for 6 minutes. Once cooked, remove and peel off the skin. Mash with a fork while hot.
- Mix potato salad with 4 tbsp KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, salt and pepper.
- (Tree) arrange ⅔ mashed potato on the plate, forming a cone. Arrange broccoli on top of it.
- Roll smoked beef, create into a rose. Cut paprika into stars using cookie cutter. Arrange on top of broccoli.
- Decorate your Christmas potato and broccoli tree with mayonnaise.
- (Santa Claus) cut tomato 1:3, dredge the inside, fill with the remaining potato salad, decorate as you like.
