Shiitake mushroom could be replaced with other mushroom as you preferred.

Wet Noodles

400g

Chinese Mustard

2 pieces, boiled

Ready-to-use Chicken Katsu

2 pieces

Shiitake Mushroom

6 pieces, slice thinly

Red Onions

6 pieces, crushed

Garlic

4 cloves, crushed

Broth

1 liter

Leeks

1 stick, slice thinly

KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce

 

How to Make

  1. Stir-fry red onions and garlic in low heat until it becomes brown, add broth, cook until it is boiling, put aside.
  2. Stir-fry red onions and garlic, add mushroom, stir well. Add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame and KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce, cook until it gets thickened, remove from the heat.
  3. Boil noodles for a while until it gets soft, put it into serving bowl.
  4. Add katsu, chinese mustard, stir-fried mushroom and leeks, pour broth, serve.
