Easy stir-fried dish with the special taste of KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame.

Ingredients

Bok Choy 2 bunches
Tofu 1 pack, diced
Sukiyaki Meat 100g
Garlic 2 cloves, chopped
Onion  ½, chopped
Frying Oil  sufficient
Corn Starch  2 tbsp
Water  100ml
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame  

How to Make

  1. Dilute corn starch with water, dip tofu, deep fry in a heated oil. Remove from the heat, drain excess oil.
  2. Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until aromatic. Add beef sukiyaki and KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame.
  3. Add bok choy, cook until done. Right before removing from the heat, add fried tofu, stir well. Remove from the heat, serve.
