Potato 2 pieces
Carrot 1/4 piece
Zucchini 1/4 piece
Tomato 1 piece
Boiled Egg 1 piece
Red Onion Green 1/4 piece
Lettuce sufficient, shredded
Black Olive 6 pieces
Salt and Pepper sufficient

How to Make

  1. Wash potatoes and wrap them with dry kitchen paper towel while still wet, re-wrap again with plastic wrap. Heat in microwave (800W) for 6 minutes, peel the skin and mash with a fork.
  2. Peel carrot and slice thinly with zucchini. Put carrot in a microwaveable plate and wrap with plastic wrap. Heat in microwave (800W) for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix all the ingredients with the mashed potato. Add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL after the potato cool, add salt & pepper.
  4. Prepare the plates, mold the potato salad with a heart shape mold, slice tomato to your liking, arrange them around the potato salad.
  5. Garnish with lettuce, potatoes, black olives, red onion, and egg. Add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL.
