Peel carrot and slice thinly with zucchini. Put carrot in a microwaveable plate and wrap with plastic wrap. Heat in microwave (800W) for 2 minutes.

Prepare the plates, mold the potato salad with a heart shape mold, slice tomato to your liking, arrange them around the potato salad.
