Shiitake mushroom could be replaced with other mushroom according to one’s taste.

Broccoli

1 hump, cut per buds

Green Beans

 200g, cut into 3

Red Paprika

 ½ piece, slice thinly

Yellow Paprika

½ piece, slice thinly

Shiitake Mushroom

8 pieces, slice thinly

Shrimp

300g, peel

Corn

100g

Onion

½ piece, minced

Garlic

2 cloves, crushed

How to Make

  1. Blanch the broccoli and green beans until it is cooked. Remove from the heat, drain well.
  2. Heat up KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL with small fire until it is melted, stir-fry onion and garlic until it smells good, add shrimp and cook for a while until the colour changes.
  3. Add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame and other vegetables, cook until all of the ingredients are cooked. Ready to serve.
